Sponsorship Opportunities

We are hosting a fundraising event on April 6th, 2025. The event will be held at The Barn at Mint Hill Historical Society from 12:00pm - 3:30pm with 250+ guests expected. These sponsorship opportunities can allow businesses to support One Yard Away in a meaningful way and to further increase impact in the communities we serve.

Presenting Sponsor - $2,000

Up to 2 presenting sponsors

  • Company name and logo on event marketing materials

  • Sponsorship announcements in up to 3 social media posts (before, day of and after event)

  • Opportunity for presenting sponsors to speak during event (up to 5 minutes)

  • Presenting sponsors will have signage placed at registration and can include one promotional item in guest check-in bag (to be supplied by sponsor)

  • 8 tickets + 1 VIP table reserved (seats 8)

  • Sponsored door prize giveaway (up to $50 value)

  • Company name and logo printed on place cards at each table and at event registration

  • Name on One Yard Away webpage for remainder of 2025

Gold Sponsors - $500

Up to 5 gold sponsors

  • Sponsor one event entertainment area- one of three museums with Docent, live band, or family-friendly planting station

  • Sponsorship signage placed at entertainment areas

  • Sponsorship announcements in up to 3 social media posts (before, during, and after event)

  • 2 free tickets to event

  • Company name and logo printed on place cards at each table and at event registration

  • Name on One Yard Away webpage for remainder of 2025

  • Specific locations will be available for selection on a first-come first-serve basis

Silver Sponsors - $250

No sponsor limit

  • Sponsorship announcements in up to 3 social media posts (before, during, and after event)

  • 2 free tickets to event

  • Company name and logo printed on place cards at each table and at event registration

  • Name on One Yard Away webpage for remainder of 2025

Gift Basket Sponsors - $100+ Value

No sponsor limit

  • Provide a good or service donation to be used for an auction gift basket, raffle basket, or door prize (may be packaged with another related sponsor or gift basket item)

  • Signage in and/or in front of gift basket

  • Company name printed on place cards at each table
